Embracing Change in the AI Era: Sunnet Technology Unveils New ATD26 Talent Development Solutions

The sharing session drew more than 200 attendees, both online and in person, from the education sector and corporate HR management across Taiwan. As Taiwan's education community has increasingly emphasized emotional intelligence in learning, SEL has become a hot topic in the field, particularly regarding how to build deep, positive communication among teachers, students, and parents.

Drawing on its latest observations from ATD26 on the integration of SEL and AI, Sunnet Technology introduced XUMI SEL (Flamma) at the session as its core platform for putting SEL × AI into practice. According to Sunnet, SEL-related research shows that promoting social and emotional learning not only helps improve academic performance but also enhances reading comprehension, communication skills, and students' overall learning resilience — allowing AI to become a genuine aid in the educational setting rather than a source of pressure.

The platform's dual "AI + Teacher" and "AI + Student" modules also allow one-click generation of test questions, automatic grading, and precise learning analysis reports. This not only eases teachers' workload but also gives students a personalized AI study companion, turning learning from a chore into a process of precisely targeted self-improvement.

Another key application, the W11M Diary, is built around the concept of "know the mood early, so care never comes late." Through daily journaling, mood tracking, and interactive visualized analysis, it helps teachers, parents, and managers detect the psychological state of students or team members earlier, establishing an ongoing mechanism of care.

Unlike AI tools focused on information analysis, W11M is designed to help educators see the emotional patterns behind the data, truly embedding SEL into daily life on campus and in the workplace, strengthening individual self-awareness while also reinforcing organizational psychological safety and team resilience — allowing talent and organizations to grow in tandem.
